Terms of sale

This version must be completed with the provider’s administrative identity before publication.

Scope

These terms govern automation services supplied by Shano to professional clients. The accepted quote specifies scope, deliverables, schedule and applicable special terms.

Orders and prices

Work starts after written acceptance of the quote. Prices are exclusive of tax and do not include licences or subscriptions billed directly by third-party services unless the quote says otherwise.

Cooperation and approval

The client provides the access, information and approvals required. No message intended for its customers is automated without previously approved rules or content. Exceptions remain subject to human review.

Support and termination

Where monthly support is included, either party may terminate it with one month’s notice, subject to the quote’s special terms. At the end of the service, the client retains its data and the access it owns.

Data and third-party services

Data-processing terms and responsibilities relating to third-party tools are specified in the quote or contractual documents suited to the project. The client remains responsible for the lawfulness of the data and instructions it provides.
